Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order with clear photos of the item.

Exchange Eligibility
Products may be exchanged only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Approval
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method.

Exchange Process
Once the issue is verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Note:

  • Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
  • No, Retrun Exchange in Sale Item.
  • Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 7 days from the date of order delivery.
